Questions
How do credits work?
1 credit = 1 thumbnail at full size (1920×1080 for games, 1280×720 for YouTube). A 4K original (3840×2160) uses 2 credits.
Do unused credits roll over?
Plan credits reset at the start of each monthly cycle, which runs from the day you subscribed. Yearly plans get their credits the same way, once a month. Credit pack credits last 12 months from your latest pack purchase. Free credits are topped up to 3 every month and don’t add up.
Which credits are used first?
The ones that expire soonest: plan credits first, then credit pack credits, then free credits.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, from Settings → Billing. Cancel any time and keep your credits until the end of the period you paid for. Upgrading tops your credits up to the new plan right away; downgrading takes effect at the next cycle.
What if a generation fails?
Your credits come back automatically. Requests blocked by our content filter are the exception and still use their credits.
Can I get a refund?
A credit pack can be refunded within 14 days if none of its credits have been used. Subscriptions can be canceled any time, but a period that has already started isn’t refunded.
Who handles payment?
Payments are processed by Waffo Pancake, our merchant of record, which also handles sales tax and VAT. We never see your card details.
